General Notice
The City of Silver Lake hereby gives notice to it's residents of the City's intent to adopt City Ordinance #103 NSP Electric Franchise Ordinance & Ordinance #104 Regulating Public Nuisances.
The Electric Franchise Ordinance is renewed every 20 years and replaces Ordinance 67 from 2007 which replaced Ordinance 3 from 1987. The Public Nuisance Ordinance relates to the current Chapter 10 Ordinance Code.
