In preparation for the infrastructure project that is set to begin in 2025, SEH is conducting construction surveys and is placing station markers (pink wooden lathes) and pins. Please leave these markers in place, they will be removed by the construction workers when they are no longer necessary. A Geotechnical firm will be coming in early summer to conduct borings.
THERE WILL BE A PUBLIC INFORMATIONAL MEETING REGARDING THE INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT ON THURSDAY, JUNE 29, AT 6:30PM IN THE COUNCIL CHAMBERS.
Notice of Intent and Public Meeting Notice
The City of Silver Lake will file an application with USDA Rural Development for financial assistance to develop Silver Lake Infrastructure Improvements. A public meeting for comments was conducted via electronic means at 6:00pm on Thursday, June 4, 2020 to discuss the proposed project and to provide the opportunity for public comment. The meeting was closed to in-person attendance due to the COVID-19 pandemic. See below handout from meeting and audio recording.
