2026 SPRING CLEAN UP

The City of Silver Lake in conjunction with Waste Management will be offering a Spring Clean Up on Saturday, May 16th from 8am - Noon at the McLeod County (Public Works) Shed on East Main Street.
Items that will be accepted will include trash bags, old furniture, construction materials, etx. A nominal fee will be charged for disposal. For a complete list of things that will be accepted and the charge for disposal, a list can be picked up in City Hall or printed from the link below.
No electronics or appliances will be accepted.

The 2026 Bike Rodeo will take place on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, from 5-7pm in the auditorium parking lot.
Open to all students 2nd - 6th grade.
Bring your bike helmet.
