Sanitary Sewer Compliance
Effective January 1, 2023, the City of Silver Lake approved Ordinance 100 - An Ordinance Requiring Point-of-Sale Certification of Sanitary Sewer Service. This ordinance requires all property owners with a connection to the City sanitary sewer to have a Sewer Compliance Certification on file in the city office prior to selling, transferring or assigning, or contracting to sell property within the city limits.
