McLeod County Sheriff’s Office is committed to provide professional community oriented police services to the citizens of Silver Lake and McLeod County. The Sheriff’s Office is comprised of 25 full time deputies, 11 communications officers, 20 correctional officers and 6 support/clerical staff.
