The City of Silver Lake is proud to have wonderful green spaces, recreational area, a community swimming pool, and direct access to miles of paved trail on the Luce Line Trail.

Swimming Lesson Information
  • Swimming Lessons sign-up can be completed by emailing

  • Please include the name and age of the child to be enrolled. Our Coordinator will get back to you with availability options.

Hours of Operation

Open Swim: 1pm-7pm (daily)

Private Lessons: 10am-Noon (Mon -Thu)

Lap Swim/Exercise: 7pm-8pm (Tue, Wed, Thu)

2022 Pool Fees
The Silver Lake Civic Association will help pay a portion of your Pool Pass this summer!
They are generously paying $25 toward any Family Pass purchased and $10 toward any Individual Pass purchased until July 1st.


Pool Passes

  • Family Season Pass (up to 5 per household) - $150.00

    • Additional Member (up to 10) - $30.00

  • Individual Season Pass - $70.00

  • Daily Pass - $6.00

  • Daily Pass Book (10 passes) - $50.00


Swim Lessons

  • Age 5 and up - $45.00

  • Toddler, Preschool & Ages 3-4 - $35.00

  • Semi-Private Lessons - $65.00

Pool Rental - 1 hour with Lifeguard for up to 20 people - $120.00

Party Package - 1 hour with Lifeguard for up to 20 people. Includes food/drink - $170.00

  • Additional Lifeguard for Rental (per hour) - $17.00

Fishing Piers

There are two fishing piers located on the north side of Silver Lake. One is on the west end of town by Cedar Crest and the other is located on the east end of town by the elementary school.

Luce Line Trail

The Luce Line Trail is located just to the north of Hwy 7 that runs through town. The trail is paved from Hutchinson to Winsted. For more information on the trail, visit
