NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

The Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, at 7:00pm in the Silver Lake Auditorium.
The purpose of said hearing will be to consider the following variance requests:
- To allow for a home occupation sign larger than allowed by city ordinance in a residential district.
- To allow for a home occupation sign to be placed just outside of the city right-of-way rather than on the building.
The application is for the property located at 1104 Main St W.
